Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked.

Revision Ledger is a digital product delivered immediately on purchase. If it does not fit how you work, request a refund within fourteen days by replying to your delivery email or writing to the support address. You do not need to give a reason and you will not be asked to justify it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank and the payment platform, typically five to ten business days.

Keeping the files after a refund is not something we monitor or pursue. The policy is written to be used.

UK and EU buyers

Consumer law normally gives you a fourteen-day right to cancel a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived, and checkout will ask you to consent to immediate delivery. This policy grants the same fourteen-day window regardless of that consent, so the outcome is the same either way. Background on the statutory position is available from Citizens Advice.
