What is collected, why, and how to have it deleted.

The classifier collects nothing

The request classifier runs entirely in your browser. The answers you give are never transmitted, logged, or stored anywhere. Nothing you classify leaves your device.

What is collected

If you buy, the payment platform collects your email address, name, and billing country, and processes your payment. Full card details are handled by the platform's processor and are never received or stored here.

If you download the free guide, only the email address you submit is collected, and only if you submit one.

How it is used

Purchase addresses are used to deliver the product, handle support and refunds, and send a short onboarding sequence. Free-guide addresses are used to send the guide and a short nurture sequence. Neither list is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Unsubscribing

Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe, honoured promptly. Transactional messages about your purchase, such as delivery and refunds, will still be sent.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by writing to the support address. Deletion requests are processed within thirty days. Records required for tax or accounting are retained for the legally required period.
